I’m Neeraj Sharma, a product designer with 5 years at Radiansys, where I’ve designed client products end to end, from Farm Bureau Insurance to two years embedded with Simpplr’s employee experience platform. Right now I’m building VFX AI, Radiansys’ own AI-native video editing platform, from 0 to 1.
My workflow is AI-assisted and voice-first: product thinking with ChatGPT, design in Figma and Figma Make, implementation with Cursor and Claude, and pull requests I raise myself. The design reaches production the way it was meant to, because I take it there myself.

Principles
How I think about the work.
Ship over show
A beautiful mockup that never ships helps no one. I measure design by what reaches users, so I stay involved through implementation and raise the PRs myself when that's fastest.
Language is design
The right sentence often does more than a clever chart. I write the words in every interface I design: plain, calm, and honest.
Systems before screens
Tokens, components, and patterns first. When the system is right, individual screens are quick to build and stay consistent.
AI is a teammate
I work with Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT daily for research, architecture, and code. Voice-first with WhisperFlow, because talking is faster than typing.
Details do the quiet work
Micro-interactions, empty states, error language. The parts nobody screenshots are the ones people actually feel.
Prototype in production code
The best prototype is the real thing. AI-assisted development makes building in code as fast as faking it in a tool.
